We require full payment upon bookings and we operate a strict, non-negotiable 48-hour cancellation policy for all bookings.

Any amendments or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking. Cancellations made on the day of the booking are not eligible for a refund or date amendment.
