Spa Etiquette

Your Spa Environment

At our spa, we foster an environment of relaxation and tranquillity. We kindly ask all spa guests to respect each other's privacy and the serenity of the space. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we do not allow mobile phones in the spa area, and we request that you keep your voice at a whisper.

Important Information

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Treatments are available only for guests aged 16 and over.

• Please bring bathing attire for use in the thermal suite.

• Robes, towels, and footwear are provided for spa day guests, hotel residents, and any treatments lasting over 90 minutes.

• Lockers are available for personal items, but please note we are not liable for any lost belongings.

• We reserve the right to temporarily withdraw the use of any facility for essential maintenance.

• Please note that unless you are a hotel spa guest, you are not permitted to use the hotel facilities unless booked separately. This includes the hotel rooftop infinity pool.

Bookings

• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and service.

• Payment is taken in full at the time of booking, requiring a credit/debit card.

• Guests must book a treatment lasting 90 minutes or more to access the spa thermal facilities.

• For treatments under 90 minutes, guests can purchase a £30 access pass to the thermal facilities, while hotel residents can purchase it for £20.

Cancellation Policy

• Full payment is required to secure your booking.

• Please provide 48 hours' notice if you need to re-arrange or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in no refund or rescheduled appointment.

Pregnancy

• Inform our team when booking if you are pregnant, as some spa experiences may be unsuitable.

• Specially designed treatments are available for pregnant women, who must be at least 12 weeks along to book a spa treatment.

• We advise against using the thermal areas during pregnancy but recommend making full use of the relaxation area and hot beds.

Medical Questionnaire

• Please disclose any conditions, allergies, medication, or injuries that may affect your treatment choice when making your reservation.

• Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire regarding your health and lifestyle for a safer and tailored experience.

Lost Property

• Lost items should be handed in at reception. Items will be stored for three months; unclaimed items will be donated to local charities.

• Liquids, undergarments, and hairbrushes are kept for 24 hours only.

Etiquette

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your appointment to check in, change into your robe, and acquaint yourself with the spa. Treatments can only proceed after completing the necessary forms. To respect all guests, we adhere to a prompt appointment schedule. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.
